Boundaries day 4

Hi everyone. Happy Thursday. Not long now until we can enjoy another weekend..

When we talk about healthy boundaries it can be confusing as to what this involves because the word encompasses so many different things.


So here is a list of some of what I believe to be the most important aspects of maintaining healthy boundaries in your personal and professional relationships.


Achieving all of this can be difficult and does indeed take practice. I still have to work at this every day and my level of success varies dependent on the day. But with regular practice and self-reflection it does get easier to create a happy and safe place for yourself.

If you can, try to identify an area listed here that you struggle with and see if you can make a small shift in the right direction this week.
